Built for South African churches
One home online for your whole church.
Your website, sermons, events, small groups, giving, rosters and members in one place, under your church’s own name and colours. Made for a church with one congregation or twenty.
30 days free, no card needed. Giving, tickets and bookstore payments run on Paystack.
What is inside
The tools a church office juggles, working as one.
Most churches run a website builder, a giving page, a booking form, a spreadsheet of members and a messaging group, none of which know about each other. Here they are one system with one sign-in.
Website and pages
Build pages from 24 kinds of block: heroes, galleries, video, service times, forms. Work on a draft, preview it, and publish when it is right.
Sermons
An archive organised by series, with video and notes on every message. Your back catalogue comes across from YouTube.
Events and bookings
A calendar people can subscribe to. Free or paid registration with ticket types, family bookings, a waitlist and a check-in screen for the door.
Small groups
A finder that shows visitors the groups nearest to them. Requests to join reach the leader, and a host's home address is never published.
Online giving
Give to a fund in under a minute, paid through Paystack. A receipt by email, and Section 18A tax certificates for the funds that qualify.
People and households
Your member records, organised by household, with a portal where members keep their own details, bookings and giving history up to date.
Serving rosters
Plan who serves when. Volunteers get a reminder by email and see their own schedule under My serving.
Announcements
Email and push notifications to the people who asked for them, with a preview of exactly who will be reached before you press send.
Bookstore
Sell books and downloads. Collect at church, courier, or instant digital delivery, with guest checkout through Paystack.
One inbox
Every contact form lands in an inbox your team works through together, instead of in one person's email.
On their home screen
Members add your site to their phone like an app and receive your notifications. No app store, nothing to download.
Writing assistant
Describe the page you need and the assistant drafts it in blocks. Nothing is published until a person has read it.
Your website
A site your team can actually keep up to date.
Pages are built from blocks, so the person who knows what is happening this Sunday can change the site without calling a developer.
Your name, logo and colours
It is your church's site, not ours. Change a colour and every page follows.
Your words
Campuses, congregations or locations. Life groups or cell groups. The site says what your church says.
Drafts and history
Edits stay in draft until you publish, and every published version is kept so you can go back.
Ready to be found
A sitemap, structured data and tidy addresses are built in, so search engines read your site properly.
Your own address
Start at yourchurch.welove.church and move to your own domain when you are ready.

Or ask the assistant: “A page for our Christmas services, with times for every congregation.” It writes the draft. You decide what goes live.
Giving and payments
Generosity made simple, through Paystack.
Paystack is a payments provider South Africans already pay with every day. We Love Church is built on it, so your church can receive gifts, sell event tickets and take bookstore orders without ever handling a card.
No card details on your site
The giver picks an amount and a fund, then pays on Paystack's own secure checkout. Your church never sees or stores a card number.
Paid to each congregation's own bank
A congregation's finance admin enters its bank account once. Gifts settle there through that congregation's own Paystack sub-account.
Funds and Section 18A
Tithes, building, missions: say which funds qualify. Certificates are numbered as gifts are paid and follow the tax year, 1 March to the end of February.
Every rand accounted for
A gift counts only once Paystack confirms it, and a repeated confirmation can never count twice. A refund cancels its certificate instead of renumbering the rest.

One church. Many congregations.
A church that meets in several towns is still one church. The platform is shaped that way from the ground up, so each congregation runs its own corner without a second website.
Each congregation has its own landing page, service times, groups, sermons, events and inbox.
The church-wide site brings them together, and shows a visitor the congregation nearest to them.
Staff work in their own congregation. Finance and announcements are separate permissions, given deliberately.
Small-group leaders manage their own group, and only theirs.
Privacy
POPIA, built in rather than written up.
A church holds names, families, children and giving records. The platform treats that as the responsibility it is, and each church’s information is kept apart from every other’s.
Consent, per purpose
A member agrees to each use of their details separately, and the wording they agreed to is kept with their answer.
Children are protected
A child's record needs a guardian, and that is enforced by the system, not left to a checklist.
Requests on a clock
When somebody asks to see or delete their information, it joins a worklist with a deadline on it.
A record of who did what
Staff actions are logged, so a question about a change has an answer.
